The Skill House is a place for tourists, especially working tourists, to come to stay, work, and learn. The Skill House provides a massive co-working space with all the facilities from single desks to meeting rooms to lounges. Furthermore, it also has an activities floor composed of an art studio, dance studio, and film room to foster more creativity. The space targets the working community as well as the local Paintworks area as it greatly encourages new connections. The rooms are designed in a pattern to encourage people to ‘run into each other’. To foster a productive and relaxing environment the space receives high amounts of light from the skylights and biophilic design.
