Hannah Parker

Situated in Bristol city centre, the Watershed originally an industrial building, now homes one of the last 35mm projection cinemas in the country. My first installation looks at the transfer of an image from the 35mm projector to the screens. Form this my final design project focused on the ground floor of the Watershed, creating a fully immersive cinema experience, through the use of multiple internal walls and projections.

This includes learning the principles of structure and working with real clients and spaces. The course includes a comprehensive study of design principles, as well as consideration of matters including light, depiction, environment, furniture, temporary structures and the needs of the user.
